Bookings and Payment
To confirm and hold a date for your reservation, we require a deposit of $1,000 for Weddings, and $500 for other events, we also require this Contract Form to be signed and returned to Citrons.
Menus Prices all include GST.
Menus are individually quoted, and state minimum numbers specific to your quote. If numbers drop prior to the function then this may incur a per-head price change.
Final numbers for your event are to be confirmed 7 days in advance: This is the minimum number of guests that you will be charged for.
Food details are to be finalised 7 days prior to your event date. This includes any special dietary requirements for your guests.
The total food bill can be paid via EFT, Cheque or Cash. This is strictly a 7 day account (from the event date).
If you prefer to make payments prior, then full or increment payments can also be arranged, but total invoice must still be settled by 7 days after the function.
Cancellations
Citrons would share in your disappointment if your event were to be cancelled. However all cancellations must be received via email, and any cancellations made within 3 months of the event date will not be entitled to any refund of deposit.
Hire of Bar Staff and Responsible Service of Alcohol:
Bar staff may be available at a cost of $40 per hour ~min 3 hours hire.
All Bar staff are RSA accredited and by law may refuse service to intoxicated persons.
Food Allergies and Liability
Citrons uses the freshest and best available food and ingredients at all times, and according to current food safety legislation. We prepare our food under the most hygienic conditions.
We will take reasonable steps to identify ingredients which may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies, however there is a possibility that food may come into contact with an allergen as our kitchen is not sterile, and our equipment may come into contact with common allergens. Citrons will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed.
To avoid any potential health risks, Citrons may remove any food that is remaining after a function.
In signing this contract, I have read, understand and agree with all of the above Terms and Conditions.
